Menagerie: An Arcane Fine Art Zine is an unofficial, for-charity fanzine that explores recreations of classic fine art reimagined as characters, objects, and moments from the show Arcane.

By making a purchase in this store, you understand and agree to the following:

• All listings in this store are for preorder items only. Production will take place after preorders have closed, and estimated fulfillment is late 2025/early 2026. Project updates will be shared on our social media.
• Products displayed are digital mock-ups and may differ slightly from the physical items you receive.
• All purchases are for personal use only. Buyers may not purchase any of our items for commercial use or redistribute them in any way.
• Menagerie is not responsible for any customs or import fees placed upon packages by postal services.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations after the preorder period has closed. Please contact us during our preorder period for a refund.

Menagerie will only be responsible for replacing or refunding items are the following circumstances:

• Order was not received due to mod error (e.g., address on shipping label does not match address on order)
• Order contained incorrect, missing, or damaged* items

We strive to ensure orders are packed accurately and safely. If there are missing or damaged items, please contact us via email with your order number and photos/video of your order being unboxed.

Menagerie will not be responsible refunding/replacing items under the following circumstances:

• Order was not received or was otherwise incorrect due to buyer error (e.g., buyer inputting the wrong address, ordering wrong items, etc.)
• *Order was damaged after leaving shipping mod's hands (e.g., was damaged during shipping or by courier mishandling - please contact your postal service)
• Buyer no longer wants items

Where is Menagerie shipping from? Does this zine ship internationally?

Menagerie will be shipped from the United States via USPS or UPS. We are able to ship to all countries except Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Haiti, Libya, Israel, Niue, Russia, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen.

Is tracking available?

All orders will be shipped with tracking. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your package has been shipped.
